Shelly D's Sky Dive - 27/09/2008

Gateway FM's Shelly D under took a dare devil challenge in aid of St. Lukes Hospice on Saturday 27th September.

I would like to dedicate my Sky dive to the memory of Linn Lawrence (Lillian). A wonderful lady who always put a smile on your face whenever you met her.

Linn was married to my good friend Danny and sadly lost her battle with cancer on the 4th of August this year. Linn really wanted to help St Lukes Hospice and I wanted to help with this.

I've never done a sky dive before. My children thought I was very brave and some people thought I was mad. It was an interesting one-time only experience! It was all about raising money for St Lukes.
